How Does It Work?

Purchase any block of prepaid sessions and use them at your convenience* alongside a custom online training program. Use your online program in your own time, at your local or private gym, while brushing up on form/knowledge and pushing yourself that extra mile with in-person sessions weekly. It’s the ultimate accountability and results-driven training program.

Online program comes with unlimited sessions based on bespoke consultation and your individual needs.

*One week advance booking and 24 hour cancellation notice required.

From March 2020, offering private facility or at-home training only…

Sessions are conducted at any private facility of the clients’ choice; facility must allow external coaches/trainers, be a public facility, or the client owns the facility/home gym/space.
