About the Strong & Lean (Cycle 2) program

You already know what this is all about…round 2! The second cycle of training is similar in format to the first 16 weeks (4×4 week blocks), but with new and more advanced training techniques so we can really take things to the next level. There are new intensities, challenges, and workout styles to push your limits and achieve the results you desire. Of course we will also continue to build the knowledge around your ideal diet. Main aims of the program are: increased strength, moderate-high muscle gain, and decreased body fat. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes in duration.
