IA Classroom: Speed Camp

About the Speed Camp program

For the athlete who wants to develop raw speed & power that translates to their athletic performance. A mix of both in-gym and on-field training. Main aims of the program are: increased power, speed, strength, mobility, and conditioning. Sessions are approximately 60-75 minutes long and include field training sessions (speed, agility, quickness).

All you need to do is select your payment option and complete the form. You will then receive an email containing your welcome pack and access to the IA Institution App with all of your program features.

Monthly payments option = $60 per month / for 4 months (16 weeks) of coaching

Prepaid payment option = $200 one time payment / for 4 months (16 weeks) of coaching
