About the Lacrosse Athlete program
For the lacrosse athlete looking to take their game to the next level. You’ll see a lot of NCAA S&C style in here. Main aims of the program are: increased power, speed, strength, mobility, and conditioning. Sessions are approximately 60-75 minutes long and include field training sessions (speed, agility, quickness).

All you need to do is select your payment option and complete the form. You will then receive an email containing your welcome pack and access to the IA Institution App with all of your program features.
Monthly payments option = $60 per month / for 4 months (16 weeks) of coaching
Prepaid payment option = $200 one time payment / for 4 months (16 weeks) of coaching
