From your training program, to exercise coaching videos, to nutritional tracking, to performance data tracking, and weekly check-ins. The IA Institution app is integrated with the industry leading nutrition tracking app, MyFitnessPal. This enables your coach to see exactly what you are eating on a daily basis. In addition, all clients are given their personal calorie and macros numbers needed for their personal and specific goals. Add in the bank of tasty food ideas, meal prep, and meal plans in-app; and you’ve got a recipe for success.
In the IA Tutor program, everything is 100% bespoke and custom to you. In the IA Classroom program, you will join a group delivered training program that multiple people are undertaking; and in the IA Crash Course program you get a preset short-term program. Our flagship program, The IA Classroom, is just everyone on the same program, it does not mean you have to be in a group of your own to undertake it! With that being said, Classroom programs come with free and unlimited edits based on your needs; be it your gym, equipment availability, time constraints, a global pandemic, or just general enjoyment! IA is here for you, it is YOUR training journey. The great thing about the app is that all edits/updates are live and immediate.
All programs come with the ability to input sets, reps, weights, performance, times, notes and everything in-between. All of this is accessed by your coach in-app and during check-ins. The software is powerful to say the least!
